Mr. Liaquat Ali Khan Mukul, the Chairman of Rupayan Group, is one of the front-line leaders in the real estate sector of Asia. He is commonly known as the ‘wonder boy’ of Real Estate. His mission and vision allow him to rise to that level. He is the pioneer of the Township Project in Bangladesh.
Born on July 7, 1963, in a respectable and aristocratic Muslim family Mr Liaquat Ali Khan Mukul passed his boyhood and education life in old Dhaka. His father’s name is Late Sabed Ali Khan and his mother’s name is Mrs Farida Begum. After completing, his academic education Mr Mukul initiated his career as a businessperson.
Mr Liaquat Ali Khan Mukul started his journey as a young entrepreneur in the advertising sector named `Rupayan Art View’ in the year of 1988. When he started, such a business concept was quite new in our country. Now more than 500 personnel are working in this company all over Bangladesh.
Rupayan Housing Estate Ltd. is not only a name in the real estate sector but an idea and dream of modern living. It is the second brainchild of Mr Liaquat Ali Khan Mukul. it came in the year 1998.

Alongside business activities, Mr Liaquat Ali Khan Mukul is also involved in various socio-cultural
organizations. Recently he has taken a charity project under Rupayan Welfare Trust for the homeless old people, making a home for them, and giving treatment facilities. Under this project, an interest free loan will also be supplied to do business as rehabilitation. He is a member of Dhaka Club Ltd., Gulshan Club Ltd., Uttara Club Ltd., Kurmitola Golf Club Ltd., Lt. Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club Ltd. and so on. His business has made him travel to many countries across the world so far. Sports and music are his liking. Music inspires him to invent a new concept of work and sports gives him speed.
In personal life Mr Liaquat Ali Khan Mukul is married and his wife’s name is Mrs Rokeya Begum who has also Directorship in various sister concerns of Rupayan Group. They are blessed with two sons and two daughters.
It can be said undoubtedly that everything such as earning a name and fame along with the expansion of Rupayan Group as a leading one has been made possible due to the untiring efforts and dynamic leadership of Mr Liaquat Ali Khan Mukul.
